6.1 The institute may collect fees for providing drinking water and service charges for sewerage and water connection etc. from the concerned person. 6.2 The deadline for payment of water tariff and sewerage service fee will be as specified by the institute. 6.3 According to sub-section 6.2, if such fees and service charges are not paid within the deadline, the institute may charge an additional fee of twenty-five to fifty percent from the person who does not pay the amount within such time. 6.4 If a customer does not pay the fee, service charge, additional fee or other amount to be paid to the Institute within the time specified by the Institute, the Institute may stop the water and sewerage facilities provided to such customer. 6.5 If the person whose facility has been stopped as per sub-section 6.4 pays the new customer fee and the remaining amount as per sub-section 6.3, the institute can make such facility available again.
